Algunos ácidos grasos esenciales sólo se consiguen en semillas de plantas. Agrégale a tus platos algunas semillas como las de linaza, calabaza o chía, pues contienen ácidos grasos esenciales que completan una buena alimentación. Estas semillas son, generalmente, altas en ácidos grasos omega-3 y significan una fuente importante de energía almacenable, ayudando a que tus células funcionen correctamente. Además, su fibra retrasa la absorción de los nutrientes, manteniendo un flujo de nutrientes más prolongado.

Estas semillas son fuente de ácidos grasos que pueden ayudar a aumentar tus niveles de energía. Las semillas de chía, linaza y calabaza se consiguen fácilmente molidas y es ideal consumirlas así para aprovechar mejor sus nutrientes.
